David Bamford joined Bamford Realty, Inc. as an owner in 2004. David has held licenses to practice real estate in Arizona and Colorado. He served as project manager of the Whitewing™ at Germann Estates property. David’s responsibilities covered numerous areas of residential real estate development including construction coordination, marketing and customer relations.
He graduated from Metropolitan State College of Denver in 2002 with a bachelor’s degree in aviation technology with an emphasis on professional aviation and a minor in business.
Prior to joining Bamford Realty, Inc., David began his aviation career in Chandler Gilbert Community College’s joint program with University of North Dakota’s School of Aerospace Sciences at Phoenix-Mesa Gateway Airport. Since then, he has worked for several aviation-related companies, including Pilatus Business Aircraft, Air Wisconsin Airlines, McAir Aviation, and R-D Management. He is an active Federal Aviation Administration Airline Transport Pilot and Certified Flight Instructor with Instrument and Multiengine Land ratings along with an Advanced Ground Instructor certificate. He has volunteered as a Project Pilot mentor with Aircraft Owners and Pilots Association (AOPA) and as a mission pilot for Angel Flight West, an organization that transports medical patients in need of treatment throughout the Southwest. David is currently based in Denver as a captain on the Dassault Falcon 2000 aircraft for a Fortune 500 company.
When David's feet are firmly planted on the ground, he can be found exploring new outdoor adventures with his beautiful wife and three energetic boys.
