Acquiring your new custom building lot at Ralston Summit is a three-step process:
Priority List
We are currently accepting names from those who wish to be placed on the priority list to select their respective lot once mass-grading of the site is complete, estimated for mid-2021. A fully refundable deposit of $5,000 to be held by Chicago Title Agency is required.
Lot Reservation
Once the Whitewing™ at Ralston Summit plat is finalized and the lots are surveyed and marked on-location, those on the priority list will, in numerical sequence, select from the available lots the one which they wish to reserve. The $5,000 deposit --- again, fully refundable at any time --- will remain in effect with Chicago Title and the reservation form will be entered into.
Purchase and Sale Contract
Once the Final Subdivision Plat is approved by the City of Arvada, Buyer and Seller will enter into a formal purchase agreement, with closing within 30 days thereafter.
