Owner | President

Greg Bamford began his career in farming and real estate under the guidance of his father nearly forty years ago. Now continuing the family business tradition with his own sons, his current activities include identifying investment opportunities, planning property development and providing brokerage services. His extensive background in agricultural land ownership, development, and management in the 1970s and 80s has formed the basis of a successful transition into urban real estate development.

With more than three decades of experience in the professional real estate industry, Greg is a true pioneer in identifying properties with the attributes to become successful residential communities. His experience in providing the planning and development leadership brings the projects to fruition. A licensed real estate broker in Arizona, Colorado, Nebraska and Wyoming, Greg has built Bamford Realty into a recognized leader in high-end residential real estate and his vision for the company is to expand into other growth markets, as well as to pursue additional investments throughout the East Valley.

As the designated broker for Bamford Realty, Inc., Greg was responsible for the sale of lots to prospective homeowners in all of the Whitewing™ developments.

Greg’s strategy for developing the Whitewing™ custom home communities entailed purchasing land in the path of growth and planning, annexing, re-zoning, engineering and selling custom home lots to individual families and builders. Under his leadership, a total of 530 Whitewing™ lots have been delivered since 1998.

An active member of the Gilbert business community, Greg has been instrumental in a variety of organizations, including the Provost’s Advisory Council at Arizona State University’s Polytechnic East Campus. He is a past National President of the FFA and served for nearly 20 years on the board of directors of The Arizona Agricultural Education/FFA Foundation. He also serves on three additional nonprofit boards as well as past contributions of his aircraft and time as a pilot member of Angel Flight, an organization that transports medical needs patients throughout the Southwest. He first started flying in 1976 and has logged 3,000 hours as a pilot, mostly in a Beechcraft Bonanza.
